COLOURS OF LIFE
An ARTISTIC special assembly depicting the COLOURS OF LIFE was presented on Tuesday, 3rd December. It highlighted a strong message that art is universal and because art is everywhere, we experience it on a daily basis. Apart from presenting about the famous artists who have carved a niche for themselves it also focussed on the various career paths that art offers these days. The assembly culminated with a live drawing made on different canvases. The audience was awestruck when the different pieces were brought together.
Do log on to our Facebook page to witness the wonderful masterpiece made by the students on the spot.

Dear parents I once again appeal to you to help us in enforcing respect for school rules and discipline.
When students know that teachers and parents are working together, behaviour as well as adherence to rules improves dramatically.
We have, on countless number of occasions, stressed on the importance of short hair for the boys and two plaits for the girls ( for purpose of their looking neat throughout the day); short nails ( for no dirt in the nails and safety of other children); appropriate uniform and completing the homework in time.
In spite of this, it saddens us immensely when you, parents, show resentment towards the school’s policies and do not help us in maintaining the requirement.
We would like to remind you that the only purpose of these regulations is to instill discipline in your child. Please cooperate.
Although this will take effort on your part, the time you spend building a bridge between school and home will reward you many times over during the course of life. Arguing with the school authorities in front of the child sends a wrong message to the child, which does happen sometimes.
For any issues regarding turn out, hair, nails or wrong uniform, students will be sent back home without any prior diary notes etc.
No arguments and impolite behaviour will be acceptable…. (Pl note the regulation reg hair length for boys is 1 to 1.5 inches maximum).
Hope you are having a great bonding time with your children and are also looking into the brief Home Assignments given. Please ensure completion of the work.
Look forward to seeing the children as the school reopens shortly.
